WARRANTY

The limited warranty policy written below is applicable to customers of GolferPal products and may vary depending on the region and country, as well as the customer's individual jurisdiction.

GolferPal Inc. provides a non-transferable warranty to the purchaser of GolferPal products from an authorized GolferPal reseller. GolferPal warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year commencing on the date of purchase. When the product fails to perform as specified during the warranty period we will undertake repair, or, at our discretion, replace this product with a functionally equivalent product at no charge to its owner, provided the unit is returned undamaged and shipping prepaid to an authorized service facility or to the factory. Defective products will either be repaired or be replaced. GolferPal shall not be responsible for any damages caused by accidents or natural wear. GolferPal is also not responsible for damages caused by neglect. Removal of parts or failure to follow the instructions provided in our user manual resulting in damage will render this warranty null and void. Except where prohibited by applicable local law, this warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To exercise your warranty rights, you must present a valid proof of purchase from an authorized GolferPal reseller. In general, this warranty means your GolferPal product will operate in accordance with published technical specifications and in the operating environment for which it was intended for the length of the warranty period.

To make a claim on your warranty, please contact service@golferpal.com. In your message, please include a copy of the original proof of purchase for the unit in question, as well as a description of the unit's issue. Any units that are out of warranty are still eligible for service; however, service charges may apply.

Warranty registration
